Thanks. I use to switch between orchard and timothy but lately I've been primarily using timothy. I guess I'll go back to orchard and pray that all goes well. As for the bedding, I have been using fleece. I try to clean it at least twice a day but in the event that time does not allow for me to do so I clean it every morning.

About your post with the conflicts with your boyfriend and concerns with his asthma.......both my oldest son and husband have allergies and asthma. My husband is really allergic to cats and we were concerned at first when I got the piggies. I use fleece through out our cage and I am the only one that handles the hay. Orchard grass and bluegrass hay seem to cause less allergy issues and keeping the fleece clean has eliminated any issues. Only the day before cage cleaning is there the slight problem. Good luck!
