Hey =) I ADORE your piggies cage and I was wondering where did you learn to make all those things and how often do your change your cardboard boxes in the cage. I'm actually doing something similar by matching up the fleece and covering the boxes with fleece but i was wondering how did you make most of those toys and hideys

Awe I have a one year old (dna sexed) female Timneh Grey. She was a surrender. And I was like there is NO way Im giving up a baby! LOL.

Yea Kiwi would take her tail feathers right now to the quill. Now she just over plays and ruins her tail...I think its a macaw thing.

Then there is Sam the Cockatoo, (umbrella) He likes to unravel everything/ Those rope toys...last a day, and he has them in a knot. LOL...I catch him with little strings that he twirls with his tongue.

Oh yea parrots love peppers!! They actually like the seeds too. (at least mind do) Just never kiss them after you feed them LOL...I forgot once and kissed kiwi after she ate them...OUCH. Mine like them dried also. I have dehydrator, and when I get the fruits and stuff on clearance, I bring them home and dehydrate...

Is she still plucking? Do you have alot preening toys for her? I found that with Kiwi (my severe macaw) she will over preen sometimes, so I bought her a feather duster and that has helped.

Oh thank you! The cage is actually a grid less in width but they seem to like it more. The bigger cage they were scared of! Silly piggies!
