Ouch!
I bet it was fun, though. We scrimmaged against a coed team earlier on, but there was only one girl. It was fun because we were beating them, and I know it annoyed them.
My cold is almost gone. Finally! I've had the darn thing for like a week!

Sounds fun! How'd it go?
Coach cancelled pratice because we wouldn't have even gotten 30 minutes due to the time change. I really liked practice. We only have to more games left this Saturday.

Well, getting us pissed off worked. We started getting really aggressive and the first goal I didn't think would make it because I had someone coming up next to me and didn't have time to take a step back to put more power into it, but I decided to do it anyways or I might piss off coach. So I did. It didn't get very high and just rolled in slowly. Their goalie sucks.
Then Morgan got another goal. If we had even another minute, we would have beat them.
We get to go out for ice cream after practice Monday!

Haha! That does sound confusing! We had a relatively good game earlier!
They had us down 2 goals at the end of the first half and coach said we were just standing off to the side saying "Okay, Lauren's got her. I'm goign to stand here and see how it pans out....."
That we were not giving him 100%
Well, about 5 or so minutes into the second half, we all got pissed off. The other team was getting really cocky, they thought they had the game clinched. They were pulling on shirts, throwing elbows and shoving, and to top it off the other teams parents and coach were saying we were getting offsides and shoving and all, when we were not. My dad almost got ejected.

We also had to run two laps before practice and the last two people who finished had to do another two laps. Lets just say everyone ran really fast, I have never run that fast for that long before.
He told us we are number three of who knows how many teams. With only and undefeated team and the one that beat us 11-6 over us.

We lost the game. I was so mad. I know we could have beaten them. The first goal they scored was my fault. I was on defense and didn't get far enough back in time to stop her.
One goal could have been stopped by the goalie, but she just watched it go in, she didn't even try to stop it.
During practice last night coach gave a little speech and said he wants all of use to give it 100% at practice and at games because if you only give 85% and are cruising along when you can do better it isn't fair to everyone else. The assistant coach took two of us down to the other side of the field and coached them on being a goalie so we don't rely on only two people and the rest of us did drills. During one we weren't allowed to use our right foot. I am actually decent with my left foot now.

Haha! I forgot to mention one of the camp directors daughters had her baby 6 weeks early. She was supposed to come up on Friday but she had her baby on Wednesday. Her mom made the announcement that morning and practically everyone at camp knows her so everyone was excited. We finally found out she had a baby boy at around 11:00 PM. He weighed like 5 pounds 9 ounces. Needless to say she did not come on Friday.
I think I jammed my wrist or something. It hurts.
I can't wait for our soccer game on Sunday, it's been two weeks since I last had a game!

I turned down the heat because it wouldn't go off, found an open window and closed it. We both went to our beds and after a while my face quit burning and tingling and I noticed I didn't have a rash anymore and my face wasn't flushed. At like midnight everyone finally got back to our cabin, but one cabin was going from cabin to cabin singing. And didn't quit until 1:00 AM. At around that time Rebecca threw up. So my sister woke up Mrs. S and they both started cleaning and moved Rebecca to a bottom bunk near her mom.
The only thing we can guess is I had an allergic reaction to some perfume or detergent or something.
It was really fun except for the sickness.
Wow that was long!

We thought the thermometer was messed up because it said my temperature was only 98.2 and my face felt like it was burning and tingling, and I was shivering and my face was flushed. We did it three more times and twice it came back 98.5 and once 98.2. We went back the our cabin and changed and Rebeccas pony tail got stuck in her hair so we were searching our cabin for scissors (which we never found so I had to break the pony tail), then talked for a few minutes.

I asked three other people and they all said I felt hot and looked flushed and I had a rash all over my chest and arms. We both went downstairs where we were all doing something for our camp DVD and sat down on the the chairs and watched. One of the camp directors came down and told me to go to the nurses cabin, and for Rebecca to go with me and then to our cabin.
I wasn't happy because our cabin won cabin competition and we were supposed to get an ice cream sundae afterwards. But I went and so did Rebecca and her mom, who was also one of my counselors. The nurse wasn't there so Mrs. S took our temperatures (she is a homeopathic doctor or sorts).
