Ask her if she'd take you to the doctor if you were peeing blood. Try your best to convince her. I'd be very hesitant to leave her for the entire weekend. Guinea pigs can go downhill so very quickly. There's nothing you can do at home, really, especially if you're leaving for the weekend. She needs to be carefully looked after and medical attention.
