    Chewing on shower curtain?

[Ignore the prefix, I didn't know what to use for it.]

Instead of coroplast [which is very expensive and we don't have that money right now] I bought 2 shower curtains to use in place of coroplast. Today I went into the piggie room and noticed she had been nibbling on the exposed edge of the curtain, is that dangerous? I clipped all the edges that were hanging down to where she could nibble on it, up. So she can't reach it, but she can still nibble on the sides if she tried. I'm worried that it's dangerous for her to consume that. :(

    Re: Chewing on shower curtain?

I use shower curtains to protect my floor during floor time. If I don't have everything tucked in my pigs try to nibble on the curtain.
I would not let them chew on it. If they consume enough it could cause an obstruction.
Do you use fleece? Can you cover the shower curtain and tuck over the edge with fleece so they can't eat it?
