Guinea pig breathing really loudly?

My guinea pig was breathing really loud at a steady pace so i woke her up and she shook her head around and she is acting normal, wheeking, eating etc. Should I buy some antibiotics just in case?

You should take her to the vet asap, things like this can get really bad, really fast, and it's better to be safe rather than sorry.
