Hair loss, Pain on his back side, flaking No itching

Please help us out we are trying to get help for our male pig. We noticed some hair loss but no baldness last week, today while trimming his nails we noticed alot of white flakes mostly on his backside. I took a comb to his backside which he obviously doesn't like being touched cause he whined!! I found a lil blackish bug by his ear?? LITTLE very tiny blackish balls in his fur???? The bug moved/hopped and I want to treat Squeakers before he is really in trouble... this is my lil boys pet and it doesn't look like fleas. I have checked the cavylynx pages over and over I have sat here and tried to find ANYTHING to come to my exact descriptions but they don't, Please help if you have any idea what this might be,

It sounds like fleas to me as little black bugs and little black balls in his fur are very indicative of fleas. You will need to treat him with Advantage to get rid of them.

I'd get ivermectin or revolution and treat topically. They usually get rid of most parasites.
