Crusty And Watery

My one year old boy Mowgli for about three days now has had a tiny bit of crust on his eyes. It was very minute and he was eating and drinking normally so I didn't worry. Today I was looking at his eyes and the same one seemed kind of droopy, red, and watery. Is this a serious problem? It's too late right now but I'm calling the vet first thing tomorrow.

What's going on with Mowgli and will he be okay?!?!

I'm freaking out. :(
