I was picking my boar who had fungus to put some miconazole. And then I saw there is injury on his lower lips. I don't know how did it happen. Is it possible he accidentally bite his lower lip? When my piggies injured usually I put propolis to the wound and my piggies don't have any problem with this (i think it's safer since it's natural and consumable). Did I do the right thing? Will he still able to eat ? |

I wouldn't put anything on it. Just make sure it stays clean, and watch for swelling and infection. To make sure he's eating enough, weigh him daily for awhile. |

Thanks. I kept watching my pig since that time, and thank God he eats normally. The wound is getting better now. |
