I'm trying to squeeze in an appointment; I've left messages for three of the closest vets. So far, Lt. Dan has slightly crusty eyes, but all 3 piggies are sneezing more than usual. Mogwai's cage is on top of the others', but he breathes the same air, and their toys might not have gotten cleaned and were all interchanged. Should I only bring one or two of my boys? Or should I bring all three? Is it necessary? I believe I read that if one has a URI, then the others will probably contract the bacteria. So far, everyone is eating and drinking normally. Inhaling and drinking might be more accurate. Lt. Dan has not lost any weight (2 lbs, 5.5 oz), Sarge is down about half an ounce (2 lbs, 8.25 oz) and Mogwai is up half an ounce (2 lbs, 7.5 oz).

Re: Vet Trips for URI Do you know your vet well? You can bring in all three unless you think your vet will give you enough antibiotics for all three.

Re: Vet Trips for URI No, I don't... I've only been to one of them once, and then I treated for mites with ivermectin from a local feed store. I'm going to have to call in again, anyway, so I'll just ask over the phone!
