Question Mites and cleaning up

So I'm just about to get out of the door to get my Ksusha to the vet. I'm suspecting mites, so most likely it will be Ivomectin to the rescue. I'm concerned with cleaning up. After Ksusha gets her shot, how should I clean her cage up in order for her not to pick them up again from her surroundings?

As a side note, did anybody else hear about how some guinea pig owners choose to use Neem oil (diluted 1:4 with carrier oil) to treat parasites? I was seriously considering trying it but since they sell by half a liter, I would not have enough money for Ivomectin after trying it if it did not work. I have to go for the proved method.
