Are you using Kaytee timothy hay? That is not really the best stuff. Try to find some cheap good quality local hay or hay from www.kmshayloft.com, www.oxbowhay.com, or www.americanpetdiner.com.

With the hay... I can't really afford any other hay. Im trying but for now thats all I can do =(
