Removed, contains breeding links. She's not a breeder, she's just owned Guinea Pigs for 9 years with her husband and daughter. She has a Rabbit also but lives seperatly. She uses C&C cages. She built an extra room onto her house just for her Guinea Pigs. She uses Oxbow. And she as a bunch of this other stuff. And she adopts. Last edited by Paula; 08-15-09 at 11:57 am. Oh yes, she's pretty good! That's the first site I found when I first thought about getting Guinea Pigs. I think it was though her that I found C&C. |

I love this website, lotsa good info! It also has a great name list for piggies! = ) Odd...when I recommended this sight on a different forum, Paula removed the link because the website contained breeding info...Oh well! |

I never even noticed the breeding part before! How simple minded of me. I would have thought that someone who supported C&C would know better. Oh well, thanks for the heads up Paula! |

Hello, I am the site owner of Jackie's Guinea Piggies. I apologise if my page lead to some people thinking that I encourage breeding. I can assure you that I do not encourage breeding and have recently re-worded some of my page, to help make it even more clear that I don't encourage breeding. My reason for adding a pregnancy links page on my site was to help anyone who (accidently) already found themselves with a pregnant sow. Sites like Guinea Lynx also have guinea pig reproduction information. You are of course entitiled to remove my link to my site, but just wanted to clear up any misunderstandings. Jackie |

Hey Jackie, thanks for clarifying. I see that you've changed the "Breeding" section to "Pregnancy" and that's great, but there are still other questionable links listed that we don't encourage here. PM me if you wish to discuss it further. In any case, there's not much point in discussing it further so I'm closing the thread. |
