| NEW C&C... New To Forums.. Seek Sugestions Hi folks we just finished our C&C Cage its a 2 level with 1 level of cubes under it for a base. We have a few questions. But first let me link to our piggy cage pics and piggy pics Guinea Pig Cage - a set on Flickr Guinea Pigs!!!!! - a set on Flickr We have multiple levels of towels with fleece over them. Strangly enough the piggys seem to love laying in the area's with carefresh and hay... Sigh... |

| Re: NEW C&C... New To Forums.. Seek Sugestions Well one method of getting them to go to the top level would be to put some hay or veggies up their, but where they can see it. Then they will want the food and cautiously climb the ramp. This is what I did with my pig and he got used to it eventually. But dont just put all the food up there and leave them, you need to make sure they are eating so just try this for several minutes then if they dont go up put the food on the main level, and try again tomorrow. Good luck. |
