My brother is getting a Ball Python soon (like maybe a few days) and he's gonna feed F/T, but wants the snake to have a more natural kill, so every-once-in-awhile it'll eat live. I say he's just risking the snakes life and risking vet bills.

Also, you have to move the mouse around like it's alive for the snake to want it, they (most likely) won't eat it unless it's moving.
