Angry You Keep Your Cavy Where?

I was looking up cavy videos on YouTube and having a blast. I was happy to see so many videos of happy, healthy cavies with loads of room to run in their C&C cages. And then I came across a video a father had made with his small daughter (probably between the ages of five and seven). Her pregnant sow gave birth to two babies in the night while they were asleep.

Now, observe what they keep their cavy in. A plastic storage bin! No bedding material. No food or water source. Just a bit of hay tossed in the bottom. I shudder at the thought of that poor sow giving birth alone on that cold, hard plastic. And those poor newborn babies laying on it as well. Some people just shouldn't have animals under their "care".
