Confession time =(

So I went to PetStupid for Carefresh bedding and of COURSE I looked at the piggie enclosure. I saw a baby Lilac Abby that I thought would make for Frankie a perfect little brother. Well I also saw a baby TSW as well. I wanted them both for Frankie's new little brothers. I really wanted those 2 little cuties! So yes, I have sinned, buying Carefresh at PetStupid AND being tempted by those 2 adorable babies.

Re: Confession time =(

There's nothing wrong with temptation, it's acting on that temptation that's a problem.

There was just a thread about this the other day.

Yeah, like haley said, if you don't give in to the temptation, no harms done.

Re: Confession time =(

Is there a pet supply only place near you or a feed store? They usually carry carefresh or safe shavings.

Or order online or switch to fleece/

I agree with Haley. I am tempted to shop at PetStupid sometimes because they have things like pgiloos and stuff, but I end up trying to find them somewhere else. =]

Re: Confession time =(

I feel so guilty when I browse through a pet store and seeing innocent little animals in those tiny cages. I find myself tearful and heartbroken. It's like being damned if you do and damned if you don't when I leave. I just go to a feed store for things they need or go on line. I make my on hideys and toys. I basically just need their bedding. I get a better deal at a feed store anyway.
Sometimes I wish I didn't know what I know about petstores and breeders for the same reason...makes me heartbroken. However, it does help in where I shop for items when I need them.
I wish I could totally stop and put an end to breeding and selling pets in petstores.

Re: Confession time =(

I always look at the cuties at the store but I can't buy them anyways so no harm done. My mom would pratically kill me if I did without her permisson!

Re: Confession time =(

One time I was very tempted to free a little guinea pig it was just a baby. The cage door was open so I could have easily stolen it but I would still feel guilty even if they always loose them, and my mom would NOT be happy with me!
