I saw so many postings on CL that were breeders when I was looking to adopt. I responded to one lady and then realized she was a breeder. She emailed me back 4 times after I stopped responding to her to try and sell me pigs! |

I think I flagged it. If i got to the page explaining about flags and stuff then does that mean I actually flagged it? Anyways. I'm not sure if this is one? But I feel like "Purebred" is breederish You Need Some Bunny To Love |

I love this thread!!  Breeders posting on CL frustrates me... I found some on chinchillas, but I'm not sure I'm allowed to post links yet, since this is my first post Baby chinchillas VERY YOUNG VERY CUTE CHINCHILLAS FOR SALE beige chinchilla thank you soo much for helping out!! |

:] Wow, you guys are fast!! To be honest, I was a bit down earlier on the efforts in flagging breeder ads. The other forums I go to have some breeders on them and want to avoid conflicts, so they wouldn't allow CL flagging threads. I would post "please flag these breeders" ads on CL and wouldn't get an great of a response!! Thank you all for helping out!! I found some more chinchilla breeder ads around my area. I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this or not, but I found an ad on kijiji that worried and confused me a bit. "Location: Indianapolis Date Listed: May-05-08 We are looking for leaking water trofts to use for baby g pigs so if you have one please give us a yell" I was wondering if they could be using the trofts to actually put the guinea pigs in...I've seen this kind of thing done with similar things at one of the pet stores here. Should I flag it somehow?  |

Please keep in mind that just because someone posts an ad to try and rehome their pet, that doesn't make them a breeder. They could legitamately just want to rehome an animal. Asking for an adoption fee does not make a person a breeder either. It's advisable to ask for an adoption fee to discourage people who look for small animals for free to feed other animals. |
