You're absolutely correct, hence why I don't ever flag ads that are clearly for re-homing purposes. The problem is that there are some people who post ads claiming they need to "re-home" a lone puppy because they were fostering it and can't take care of it any longer. Lo and behold you call them up and they have five puppies and are asking $500 per pup. Or you get that same person posting another ad the next week for yet another puppy. The breeders think they are clever and they think they know ways to bypass the rules.

It takes a lot of flaggers to get an ad removed from Craiglist, so if that many people flag an ad chances are the person who posted it is questionable.

I just discovered something on Craiglist, but maybe everyone else already knows...
If you flag something then press the refresh button or go back and click the link again, you can flag again! This might be useful to get the breeder ads down quicker, if everyone flags a few times.

She said she went today and they are still there, but she has mobility trouble and couldn't get them to come to her. Apparently they crammed them pretty far up under the dock. I'm going to go see if they're still there and if I can get to them. I'll keep everyone posted!

Cagney, how do you know neither of the min pins are altered? Did you contact them? This is in regards to the last link.

My best friend has two min pins, one male, one female who are just inseperable. It's almost the exact same situation, just add a few years to each dog's age... but my friend's dogs are both fixed. If something happened where she couldn't keep them and someone flagged her CL ad, it would be sad. (Trust me, I'd take them but I'm not allowed to have dogs in the apt.)

i did call and neither of them are altered. they have had 2 litters together if I'm thinking of the correct add.

Then it says Local Pickup sales...I thought they couldnt sell on there animals, only rehome? Oh goodness..Can everyone help me flag this, or something. I really think she is a breeder. I sent her a email, just to check into this further, and well the reply I got was, If you don't want that certain color I have more babies comming soon that will be different. So I didnt want to post it on here, without knowing a little more. Thanks Guys!
