I found this ad and wanted to know if this is one that would be appropriate for flagging. They are listing two cats - a male and female, both not fixed - with a re-homing fee of $100. Since there is a male and female, neither one are fixed, would this one be considered questionable? Perhaps a breeder would take them?

Ok, so I read through Craigslist terms of use, faqs, and policies. (I will continue flagging breeders,) but I was hoping that someone would point out where it says on craigslist that breeder adds are prohibited. A link would be very helpful.

Anyways, make sure to double check my work on some of these, and also some are very old, should I still post them?
