Walmart This is'nt about Guinea Pigs, but stores... I cant even call pet stores selling pets! I was in Walmart with my friend and her mom. We passed the fish tanks, and I couldnt believe what I saw. It made me sick. All the tanks were green and flilthy and scummy. In one tank I see not one, not two, but 3 dead fish! And they looked to be dead for a while, not like just died and hour ago. Next disgusting tank I see a sucker fish latched onto...You guessed it ANOTHER dead fish. I was with my friend and her mom, or I would have loudly complained to somebody, but I am going to write them a letter. A very long letter. I dont want to support that evil store until they stop selling fish. And I only got a good look into 2 tanks.

Re: Walmart I definately agree you should really make up a letter and explain the concerns and the horrible conditions there in and what needs to happen. Keep on them though. Make sure they do clean them out and all that though.

Re: Walmart My local Walmart's tanks are always filled with dead fish and fish with Ick (white spots). All of the Bettas, frogs, and snails are kept in plastic cups with lids on them. The cups sit around a sink with a bright light right above them and are full of algae and poop. It is very upsetting to see.
