Victory for the Pigs!

The guinea pigs at the Pet Supplies Plus near me no longer look sick. I hope they stay like that. One might've had a URI, though. I wish they'd stop selling them, but that is very unlikely to happen.

Re: Victory for the Pigs!

In my opinion, victory will be achieved when all pet stores not only quit selling live animals, but when they totally shut down. For good.

I disagree that petstores need to be shut down for good even if they stop selling any living thing. I think that a petstore that doesn;t sell living animal is a good one actually. Also that would severely limit a lot of people because not everyone can buy things online. Either because they are kids living in their parents homes or in some cases buying online would be way to expensive to keep up with as shipping costs would be HUGE.

I do agree about pet supply stores. To me, a pet store is a place to buy pets. A pet supply store is a place to buy supplies.
Of course we need supply stores! But any place that sells live animals should be shut down.
