| Re: Poor Youtube Pigs. I feel so bad for those piggies. I keep watching the videos over and over again. It's just not right. When the pink tube was put in there. Sure they were playing. But they could barely get themselves around that tube. I REALLY hope she listens to you all in the long run because they will be SO much happier with more room. And maybe someone should just not reply about the cage but talk about that food. I think it's even got yogurt chunks in there. That's what it looks like to me. But I could be mistaken. |

| Re: Poor Youtube Pigs. I sent her a mail thing on there that said that she could make one for cheap here. She said in one of her comments from another person that she would like to get a bigger cage, but didn't have enough money. |

| Re: Poor Youtube Pigs. That's awful - she seems to really love the guinea pigs and care about them but she's really stuck in her ways I guess. Too cheap to make another cage though?!C and C are relatively cheap.Maybe she's just too lazy to make it,that would be my guess, lots of little kids I know have small animals and don't give them proper cages instead of bowls and stuff because "they don't feel like it"... I hope she sees sense soon! |

| Re: Poor Youtube Pigs. Well...I simply had to weigh in with her too. Bet you'll never guess which comments are mine.. YouTube is my favorite place to go and vent out my frustrations on stupid people. They must have been warned I was coming with their 500 character limit but I get around that. |

| Re: Poor Youtube Pigs. Hmm, I guess sarcasm doesn't come across too well in that post, I was judging the size of the cage by the size of the bed. |

| Re: Poor Youtube Pigs. Her cage isn't big enough but this is what I posted... ...the username I use right now is Rachet76 for right now. Eventually I'll sign up under my other username but wanted to make sure they didn't spam!******* Sorry but your cage does APPEAR to be too small for two guinea pigs. I'm not saying it is too small but it does appear to look that way. Anyways, please read on. Recommended size for a cage for two pigs is 7.5 Sq feet. Why won't you post the dimensions of your cage?? If you're trying to prove that it is large enough then why won't you do this? I'm not going to accuse you of not taking good care of your animals or anything like that because your pigs do look healthy. ***** It'll be interesting to see if she deletes that comment or actually responds to it. | Re: Poor Youtube Pigs. Lets assume that's an average length piggy in there. So, around 11-12 inches in length. The cage measures, from estimating based on the video, three piggies in length and two piggies in width so, lets say, 36" by 24". That makes the cage 6 square feet so she's talking utter nonsense. |

I think it means she will be replacing the cages soon, but im not tottaly sure. I really hope she replaces the cage with a CC cage. |

| Re: Poor Youtube Pigs. For those questioning the dimensions of the cage let me help. A twin sized mattress is 39 inches wide. So that means that the cage is about that in length. It's about 1/3 that in width. No matter how you figure it, it's too small. Although it is larger than most for a single pig, it's impossibly small for 2 pigs. If you look at the video, it's barely more than enough room for them to turn around. |

| Re: Poor Youtube Pigs. 21" = 1.75' 32" = 2.67' 2.67 x 1.75 = 4.67 sq ft. Her cage is little more than 4 and a half sq feet, for two pigs. ![]() |

There's probably more room in that empty head of hers for the pigs than there is in that "deluxe" cage. |

| Re: Poor Youtube Pigs. Donations... bah. She needs to get a few babysitting jobs and take care of her pets. She's old enough (and loves to shop, one can't have enough clothes). It's just an excuse like so many other things. There's no reason why someone her age couldn't earn 50 dollars if they thought it was important enough. |
