I came across this clip and am absolutely apalled. Makes you realize how cold-hearted or just plain ignorant some humans can be.

It is a real shame that some humans are soo cruel. I feel sorry for the dead rabbit.

That's horrible and disgusting. Just how that stupid woman laughed made me wanna do the same to her. Those poor rabbits. I don't understand how someone could eat or hurt pets in anyway and how she did it, she didn't even blink twice, cold hearted murder for money. blergh

To eat, and to use the fur to make mittens, and coats. She said the problem is they only have about 130 coats so far. She went on the babble about how times are hard, and you have to do, what you have to do.

Very sad and not humane in my opinion. Times are so hard that she had the doberman's ears cropped? I would be willing to bet the dogs are being bred for profit, how in hard times can vet care be provided. This video bothered me on several levels.

Smartorl- that documentary was from 1989. From the looks of that lady's house and the amount of land she had compared to what I have seen in Flint she was not that hard up for cash. She was just using her rabbits to make a dollar which sickens me even more.

I hate to think of this, the lady that used to board my rabbits as a kid *10 minutes away from my house* told us how they kill their rabbits. I vaguely remember her saying something about a big metal hook.. People just do not have feelings I swear.

That just plain disgusted me, I can't even find the right words. I know my dad use to do that and I would get as far way as possible because I couldn't stand it. I couldn't even watch the whole video.

That was really horrible! To think one moment the rabbit was alive and well, and the next being smacked over the head visciously, then being skinned, sickens me I agree she really didn't look like she needed money - she mentioned in the clip she wanhted to make a rabbit coat - eewww!

Oh I would love to bang her on the head a couple of times and skin her alive. That is just so cruel what she did to the rabbit.

Did anyone see after she banged the rabbit and was hanging it up, it was still wriggling around some. Could have been just the nerves I guess. I just feel so angered by that.

I chickened out, I couldn't watch it after a few seconds. She's petting it like it's a loved pet, it's horrible.

I just wanted to hang her from the tree and strip her skin off, what's good for the goose.....

I turned it off as soon as she began to hit it.
I feel so horrible for that rabbit.
I could never be the camera person, I would chop her up and murder her out of rage. I would then rush the rabbit to the emergency vets, I would feel so horrible. It makes me sick to my stomache.

That was gross, disgusting and sick , how could she told that rabbit like a beloved pet and then turn around and bash its head in. I don't care if she fell on hard times, there is no excuse for what she did
