That reminds me of what my brothers 5th grade math teacher did for his snake. In the room were about 6 of those plastic hamster/gerbil cage things that where filled to the top with squirming mice he bred to feed his snake. And yes all this was in the classroom.

That reminds me of that one Simpson's Tree House of Horrors, where Bart finds out they're making the school's milk from mice. Blech.
