This is not a link to anything regarding cavy's. The Dallas Texas SPCA just found all these little dogs and is currently trying to rescue them. It's sooo sad. Just gives me chill bumps to think of someone treating animals like that. The just punishment for folks like them is to place them in the exact same conditons/environment and let them live there until they sicken and die. The kicker is that she was an Animal Control Officer as well as a backyard breeder. You would think having to PTS dogs and cats every day you would actually think twice about breeding. We have another ACO in the Dallas / Fort Worth area who breeds exotics, she also takes all the exotics that come into the Animal Control Facility. |

... the house... like 3 feet of pure *filth*, and there is signs of recient habiation! How? Why? o.O Are there any news stories or anything about this? Stuff that tells a better tale than just pictures? Anything that has the owners speaking about any of this? I mean, why? How? Not even greed can explain this... not even just plain cruelty to be cruel... they were living in the same filth as their animals. That's just pure insanity. *edit* Hmm.. that's worded a bit strangely. The whole thing just screams insanity, not that they were living in the same filth as their dogs and living in clean condidtions while their dogs lived in that would be sane. Sometimes I think heat boils peoples' brains and cooks their hearts. :P |

That hurts ssssoooo bad. I'm a Jack Russell person and am very dedicated to rescue. It's almost painful to see that there are so many of these little guys out there in therrible situations. It makes me so mad to see that. |
