Re: This story blew me away.

I'm a little speechless right now.

The "owner" is an idiot for not realizing that a dog that's only FOUR WEEKS OLD is too young to be taken away. That poor puppy R.I.P. little guy!

Re: This story blew me away.

Oh my gosh. And they want another puppy after using it as a weapon?

I really cant belive how people treat things alive or dead. Some people just dont deserve anything to keep them happy.

Re: This story blew me away.

I saw this somewhere else. Personally, I think it was made up.

Re: This story blew me away.

It is highly unlikely that a reputable company like MSNBC would post a story without proper sources. At the very least this incident has been reported to the police. The person (most likely the breeder) who reported it may be exaggerating, or even lying. I actually hope that is the case.

Re: This story blew me away.

It is very hard to believe that someone would do that with a dead animal. But there are some sick people out there. I'm glad I'm not the person who has to investigate this.

Re: This story blew me away.

I personally think that perhaps the vet judged the age wrongly, it may have been the runt of the litter, and runts often have problems like respiratory troubles causing premature death. I think the woman who bought the puppy needs to be psychologically analysed. I think she is incredibly sick.
