Hiya, I'm Emma, mummy to 2 children 7 and 5. I work from home as a childminder and live in England  I really love the idea of guinea pigs, and haven't told the children that I am looking though as really for me  I have a dog and a cat, so really need to be armed with as much info before we get our new recruit! Look forward to getting to know you all       |

Welcome! There is a list of common misconceptions here that is a good place to start: Guinea Pig Care Also I know outside hutches are common housing in England, but they really should be indoor pets. There is tons of great information in the stickies here, so they're a great place to start! |
