About Me: New guy here

Hey everybody, great site and community here. I'm Chewy and I've been lurking for a few weeks, but decided to start posting today. My wife and I recently got 3 new piggies from the store. I know everyone here insists on adoption, but I haven't for the life of me been able to find any pigs for adoption. (I looked on craigslist, in classifieds, and googled the crap out of guinea pig adoption Orlando and came up with nothing) Oh well, just because they are from a pet store doesn't mean that they don't need homes. So I built a 2 x 5 C&C cage with 2 levels and ramps galore using ideas from others on this site. The piggies Cocoa, Daisy, and Ginger love running around and eating veggies and playing. Our 2 dogs, a Boston Terrier and a Shih-Tzu were very interested in the piggies for a few days, but now hardly notice them unless they are really wheeking away. So far they all seem to get along famously. Anyway, that's my intro. See you on the forums
