I don't think reintroducing ourselves is a problem, right? I haven't been here in what seems like a very long time. I strayed from the website after being very active, and wanted to return, but I was hospitalized 3 times in the space of 3 months. The first time, I was hospitalized for a dumb reason I don't wish to talk about, the second time I got my appendix removed due to lots of pain, and exactly 6 days after recovering from my surgery, I felt pain all over my body and couldn't move. My mom had to literally drag me out of bed, drag me into the cab, and take me to the ER. My muscles were already starting to swell and were very painful. I don't remember much, but I was in one hospital for a week, then was transferred by helicopter (I was under anesthesia, so I can't remember that) to a hospital with more doctors who could treat me. I had an ill-kidney, inflammation of the pancreas, and my legs swelled to twice the size. I couldn't walk for 2.5 months, and at the end of that time period they figured I could walk well enough to go home. Actually, I wobbled like a penguin, and had trouble getting up from sitting on the ground, but I wanted to get out of that horrid place.

They fed me ice water for about a week or two and even had me on a tube thing for extra calories. The funny thing is that I got so tired of it that I yanked it out out of my nostril, throat, and stomach. It didn't hurt, just felt weird.
The nurses were angry, and they even threatened to put it back in, but one of my doctors was sympathetic enough to tell them not to.
They were like "You need to eat 2000 calories a day!" and I had to tell her everything I ate after every meal. They had me on a low-fat diet so that wasn't going to be easy. Lowfat orange juice, fruit salads, regular salads, water, granola bars, 150 calorie sandwiches, pouridge mixed with salt and water, etc. was all I could eat. I could be full after one meal and only get less than 1/3 of my target goal. I asked "Can't I have a few Mc Donalds stuff and get it over with?" and of course they gave me this speach on healthy eating.
I wanted to get out of that hospital ASAP to see my cat who my mom said went totally 'emo' after I was gone and my piggies because both of my parents are too scared to pet the pigs, much less lift them. How could their cage be cleaned? My mom told me their cage was cleaned a few times by my dad (he replaced the fleece with white thin bed sheets), who occassionally forgot to give them veggies. He loved to give them banana peels, carrot skin, just about anything he wouldn't eat. He didn't feed my cat at all. He threw away her kitty bowls. He hates cats and got rid of my last one.

My mom had to fill a new bowl of food and water for my kitty whatever chance she got (once every two days; she fed the pigs too). She thought "I'll just get a big bowl and fill it to the top". My mom moved while I was in the hospital, and after I got out, she took me to the petstore to get food and a store cage (ick) for the pigs, went to the old house to get the pets (she's was afraid of the 'emo' cat now too) then we rushed to the apartment. Literally. My cat had never been in a car and was freaking out during the entire trip and even panting (and scratched both me and my mom; we still have scars) until I locked her in my new air-conditioned room while I got the pigs out of the cab (The driver surprisingly didn't mind the animals).
I got the pigs in the house, fixed the cage, complained about it, and fell asleep along-side my cat on my new bed.
My piggies are called Twix and Dory. They're both girls. My cat is Oreo. She's a girl.
And, dont worry, i'm currently trying to figure out how to get new grids for a new C&C cage. The kind that doesn't come with the unsafe ones that I bought before.
