Hi, I'm Charlie. I don't exactly have any guinea pigs just yet but I am going to get one soon. I have joined to get brilliant ideas from each and every member . I have already seen the fantastic cages most of you have. I am really hoping to get a brown abyssinian guinea pig, are they a good breed? Last edited by Ly&Pigs; 01-05-09 at 04:56 pm. Welcome to GPC!!!Make sure you adopt instead of buy. Abyssinian pigs are very soft and cute(like all pigs |

Go by personality rather than breed. Adopt - Pet adoption: Want a dog or cat? Adopt a pet on Petfinder Don't buy. |

Also, pigs are social animals and do better in pairs or groups (same sex or neutered). So, adopt a pair if possible. |
