Hi, and welcome to GPC, Holly! Is one of them fixed? If not, they will breed and you could end up with up to nine little pups, which you probably do not want. |

Congrats on your new addition. Just so you know, you should have done a 3 week quarantine before introducing them. Whenever anyone gets a new pig, quarantine is a must. It's to be done in a separate cage in a separate room for 3 weeks. The reasoning behind this is illness/mites. Even when you adopt from a reputable rescue, I still find quarantine necessary because it's not just for the new pig but for the existing pig(s) in the home as well. Some illness have a longer incubation period and illnesses don't always manifest right away. |

I am glad you found Snowball a friend. Good luck with the introductions after your quarantine period. I have read that a neutered male and a female make a great combo. |
