OK, I already said I feel like crap for buying Molly. Can we give it a rest now. I do not completely understand why a rescue is deemed better, as most are from petstores originally, so it is just one more part of the circle. But anyway, ok I will not buy any more animals.
As for supplies, seed, etc. Until this new store I heard about opens, I have no choice. I order pellets online for the birds now because the best ones are not in stores here. But I cannot use the credit card that much so seed, etc, comes from the petstore(only other option is Walmart....he** no)
But this new store does not sell animals and carries good quality feed, seed, hay, etc.

OK, lets drop it. Molly is here. She is sweet and loveable, and does not want to be fought over anymore.

This was the nicest post I have read here yet. Yes, you get my point. I was wrong to buy her, I know, and knew that as I stated. But to be belittled over and over had me at the end of my rope. I felt attacked and reacted. Right, no...but I am human. I make mistakes. Sorry everone, that this got so bad. I was wrong to lie, but I am not the only one in the wrong here. Some very harsh accusations and assumptions were directed at me. And as I see some very young members here, I hope they donèt get the same. It is very hurtful.

And my sincere apology for swearing, I did not even think when I used the s word. It was not intended to be a curse. I meant I feel terrible for buying Molly, because it supports petstores, but I do not regret it really, because she is here. Will I do it again, no, but it is done.

Well, if you read, my first post was just a welcome... plain & simple.

For the record, when I read the post about giving the pigs to the SPCA, I laughed. I knew what it was--a childish, knee-jerk response to losing a battle of logic. This thread is closed.

PS. I see a fair amount of referring to the "Original Poster" as OP. Please spell it out. Many many people will have no clue what you are talking about.
