Well, hello.

New here.:]
decided to join since I am getting two female Guinea Pigs sometime this week, possibly Tuesday.
I have decided only on one name which I allowed my cousin ,Dustin to name.

We decided on:
Porkchop McBaconface. Now before anyone goes "Wait...What?" we both thought it was cute.... the baconface part was my uncles idea.

Anyway,I decided to try this place out because I'm on a learning adventure about Guinea Pigs, to make sure I'm absolutely ready. I was never good with small, prone to biting animals. And My aunt has a herd of the little critters and I always end up in the room with them, and I don't come out till I have to leave. They are lovable and my dads going to get me two. I used to want a rat but after meeting Guinea pis and reading up on rat,I figured a rat wasn't right for me.

I,by the by, am debating between the names:
Godzilla
McMuffin
Mothra
Saint von fluffington
Titters
and Steve

even though Steve is a boys name...

But yes, hello.I'm done blubbering about my soon to be guinea pigs.

Re: Well, hello.

Welcome! Hope you're rescuing. Be sure to read all the stickies; this place is a goldmine of information.

Those are odd names! Speaking of names, does your handle have anything to do with Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon? Just because of the bunny and baka. Usagi no baka! Silly bunny...

Re: Well, hello.

Please rescue. Don't buy from a pet shop. You'll be saving a life, not supporting pet milling/breeders and you won't get a sick/pregnant pig.

Petfinder.com: Adopt a pet and help an animal shelter rescue a puppy or kitten.

Re: Well, hello.

Yes, please do rescue. And Guinea Pigs are not prone to bite BTW. Your names are quite distinctive. Good luck choosing another. Be sure to post pictures when you get your new pigs home. Good luck and Welcome to GPC
