I'm going to give you some info on pregnant sows because there's a great chance if they were together that your girl is pregnant.
Oh cavies under six months should have alfalfa hay which has extra calcium in it which will help with making their bones nice and strong. Once the babies are over six months you should mix the timothy hay in with some alafa hay a few times a week.
Oh and here's some more info on pregnant pigs and babies,
-try not to handle her that much
-Pregnant and nursing sows actually benefit from alfalfa hay with some
grass hay
- Add some calcium enriched veggies like parsley and spinach. Here's a great calcium chart.

- Separate any males in the litter at three weeks because at that age they can't get their mother and sisters pregnant. Here's a great page on sexing

-Make sure to baby proof your cage add at least four inches of coroplast. Ten inches is a good height for it to be at and make sure they can't squeeze through the grids. Here are some pictures of some baby proofed cages
