Smile HI am new and happy to join this HUGE family
HI EVERY ONE my name is Genesis and LOVE guinea pigs they are just so awesome and great I only have one so far and his name is Marlon he is a male and he loves to cuddle.

So far I have been exploring around and found many things I wish I could do but can't because my parents won't let me. But I will get her to let me do it once I do I'll Upload the Photo's

Welcome to the forum!

Your piggy is adorable and you should think about getting him a friend, cavies are social animals here's a link to a page on the topic make sure to read all of it since it has info on introducing and quarantining which is extremely important both of them. Anyway make sure to take note of the sticky threads which are extremely useful. I'm going to give you a link to GL too which is another great site. If you have any questions I'll be happy to answer them and I hope you are enjoying the site as much as I am.

Yes a girlfriend hopefully or just a normal friend I want them around the same age my guinea pig turned 1 year old in September so am in a rush for a friend before Halloween

Yes I have, I found a shelter close by only a hour drive away my dad said he would take me but I had to pay for the guinea pig, I want a happy pop-corning guinea pig.

Yes and i understand thats why I want to buy my Marlon a friend I don't have a good size cage for my guinea pig so iI read around and found out about floor time my guinea pig spends most of his time on the floor with towels and cozies soon my guinea pig will be pop-corning more than ever before with a buddy on the side.

its a 1x4 with a second level 1x3 I know, I know its awful but I give my piggie lots of floor time so he has time to run(on the floor he has the space of a 3x6)

Hm.. you should try to build a bigger cage as soon as possible have you read about the CC cages?

Yes it is a C&C cage soon I'll have a cage in the living room right now its on stands making sure nothing goes in his cage that we don't want to. My plan is 2x3 with a 1x2 loft for his necessaries and his food. I have already started getting every thing need all thats left is the coroplast and a mini vacuum right now he uses towels with cardboard under so his feet wont go threw the grids
