Okay, so I've been looking over this site for a while now and am finally ready to jump in and introduce myself
.
So, I'm Lexi. I'm a whopping 24-years old and live in the midwestern US. Okay, so I'm not that exciting, but my two new little piggies are!
Meet Sophie and Jack. They're both newcomers to my family at around a year of age respectively. Sophie is mostly white with some black and tan splashes on her back and head. She is smooth-coated and very cute - if I do say so myself
. Jack is a chocolate brown and white Absynnian.
They are both still a little shy and skittish. They've only been with me for about 10-days, so we're still in the process of getting to know one another. They came from a cavy rescue in my area and are still getting used to the transition. As of now, I have them in a C&C cage that I put together myself, but I'm looking to add some more piglets in the future and then would like to add on to the cage as well. Hmm...I'm thinking two-story...
Jack and Sophie were a bonded pair at the rescue, so they get along just fine and, yes, Sophie is spayed, so I'm not expecting any little bundles of joy
.
I just adore them. They're darling and they have helped me so much in the past week or so. I only hope I can give to them what they've already given me - unconditional love
.
