Hi Im Tillie and although I havent got my pigs yet I have been going on this site for a while now doing some research. As soon as I find a suitable cage (I was gong to get a shop bought one but now would like to make a C&C cage but Im having trouble getting the cubes) I will get 2 pigs.
I have 2 dogs. Millie a Border terrier x whos 15 and Benji a JRT X who is 10. I also have 4 Sugar Gliders named Pacha, Miah and their 2 joeys who came oop a few days ago.

Thanks, I have been checking out sites and will contact more tomorrow. The ones Eden/Screwfix sell are a fine mesh rather than a wire, wouldnt wire be better so they can see through better? I will keep you posted.

Guinea pigs have poor eyesight so I don't think it is necessary for them to see out the cage. In one book I read it said they can only see up to about a metre in front of them.

Hi, welcome to another UKer! I wish I could recommend somewhere for grids but I managed to get mine just before Argos stopped doing them.
Good luck though - I only built my c+c a month ago and I love it. I would never use a pet store cage again.

Ive managed to order them from B&Q but they will take upto 21 days so looking forward to building my new cage.
