I've been lurking and want to introduce my piggies

Hello!

I have a post in adoptables because my 2 "males" (sexed by the vet) managed to have a surprise birth! They're a very progressive couple. Anyway...I might have found a home for the wonderful babies, but if it falls through, I'll keep the little cuties and make do.

Here's my male. His name is Trevor Butterbean. He looks like a skunk. Over the years I've had lots of piggies but I've never seen one with a face quite as adorable as his is. I don't know if it's because his eyes are so big or what. He's all black with a brown leg/white foot and a white crest on his head. He's just so cute:



This one is the new mom. You can't tell from the pic but she's albino. Everything is white and she has pink eyes. She's so sweet. Her name is Poe Buttercup:




Here are the babies. This one looks like Trevor and we're calling it Peanut for now:




This one looks a lot like Poe with a bit of Trevor's color on his face and butt and we're calling it Cashew for now:

Just so you know, technically guinea pigs aren't albino. They are PEWs, Pink Eyed Whites. If they have Dark Eyes, they're refered to as DEWs.

I didn't know that-thank you. Can any dark haired pigs have pink eyes too, or is it just the whites?

I'm pretty sure that any color pig can have pink eyes.

My light brown texel and dark brown American both have pink eyes.

There's actually a pink and ruby colored eye, along with a variety of dark colored eyes. The darker colored pigs tend to have ruby or dark eyes. I don't think I've ever seen a darker pig with pink eyes, just ruby, but that's just me.

And yes, I just went to a new vet today to have the babies sexed. They're both boys but he'd said one was a girl at first, then changed his mind, re-probed, and said, nope, a boy. He came highly recommended by a pig shelter here in AZ, so I feel confident now.

I have 2 pigs with ruby eyes. One is solid orange and the other white and orange.
