Re: Hello every1
You say he's had his teeth fixed. Does that mean the vet clipped his front teeth? If so, they may have gotten them too short for him to be able to pick up his food, and you'll need to hand feed him for a while. Cut the food in matchstick-sized pieces and poke them behind his front teeth, and he should be able to chew them.
If that wasn't what was done, what did they do to "fix his teeth," and why did they need fixing?
What kind of antibiotic is he on? What is the strength? And how much is he taking?
He needs a probiotic if he's on antibiotics. Bene-Bac is a good one available at most pet stores, or in a pinch, you can use human acidophilus capsules. Just break one open, sprinkle it on some lettuce, and hand feed it to him. Give the probiotic an hour or so after he gets the antibiotic.
Good luck with him, and let us know how he's doing.

A guinea pig that won't eat is in grave danger of dying. If your pig is not eating, you need to be hand feeding him -- either food cut in matchstick-sized pieces if he'll eat them, or something else (Critical Care, Critter Be Better, pellet slurry) by syringe. If he's not eating anything, he needs 60 cc. of syringed food per day.
This is not something for you to take lightly. Your pig's life may depend on your making sure he's being fed 5-6 times a day. You're right, the cause is likely the Baytril, but that doesn't mean that he doesn't need a lot of help to recover.

Re: Hello every1
Yeah we are feeding him recovery food by syringe, it like if he puts hard food in his mouth it's like he gets it stuck but nothing is stuck I'm so scared of him dying because we have just lost his brother, really great Your advice thank u so much

Re: Hello every1
Was this an exotic vet that he saw?
The reason I ask is that "dog and cat" vets often cut pigs' teeth too short, or trim the front teeth when the back teeth are the problem. A guinea pig's front teeth almost NEVER need to be trimmed unless there's something wrong with the back ones that's causing the problem.
If he gets food in his mouth and can't swallow, there's a good chance that his molars are growing over his tongue, making it impossible for him to swallow. To diagnose that, the vet will need to take a good look inside his mouth, and he can't do that just by prying the pig's mouth open.
And you didn't say why he was on Baytril?
