The base level for the cage would have to be the minimum on the site (Look at the home page, it tells you the minimum sizes and such) If you at least have the minimum (Which you wouldn't with that table) Then you could add other levels just for fun, but they don't count towards the total space you need for guinea pigs, since they need room to run around not climb.
