Guinea pigs again for me!!

Hello all,

It has been years since I've owned guinea pigs. A couple of weeks ago I noticed a local ad for a pair of males that needed a home and I decided it was time again to own these fun loving pets. Turns out one is a Texel (Rudie) and one is a Teddy (Rolo). I am enjoying them immensely.

I've been updating my care info. and the main thing I've discovered is that cage size requirements have gone up dramatically. I'm now in the process of picking a larger cage. In the meantime, the boys enjoy time out every day in an exercise pen.

I'm a wife, mother, vet tech and animals are my life.
