Re: Cracker Barrel to Offer Exclusive Webkinz Pet (Business Wire via Yahoo! Finance)

I'm from TN. East TN. The mountains. Used to live near Lebanon though, and the facts are the same: Opossum, pronounced "Possum," is NOT cute. You can't make them cute, not if you've ever seen a live one. For those who don't know, they are basketball sized masses of wiry grey fur, with wormy, prehensile tails, fangs, beady eyes, and are ridden with disease and parasites. Realistic is not what you want with these things. Interesting fact, though, they ARE marsupials, and that's kinda neat.

I think I'll stick with guinea pigs.

Old family friends of ours have a farm in East Tennessee and my mom has a cabin on that farm. It's a beautiful place! I wholeheartedly agree. There is nothing cute about an opposum. We have them here in CT as well and they give me the creeps.

I thought the guinea pig Webkin (which my son has) was exclusive to Limited Too. It was advertised as such when it first came out and I remember toting my 9 year old boy into that store to get the Webkin. Apparently it's now been released to the masses.

I think they're cute...but maybe I'm just weird.
