Why can I see the VIP lounge?

After I lost my status as Cavy Star I couldn't see the VIP Lounge, I don't know how long it has been like this but I just noticed I can see the VIP Lounge again/still.

I know that. What I am saying is I wasn't able to see it when I went back to Cavy Slave but now I can see it again and I cancelled my subscription in May.
