I don't understand why, when I try to upload my pictures...some work and some don't! They're all from the same folder, the same camera, the same computer...they all say JPEG Image on them. What am I doing wrong!?!

I'm not sure why either. When you go to upload photos, does it give you a maximum file size that you can upload on the upload page?

Are you doing several at once or one at a time? Even though it takes longer, I prefer to upload photos to the galleries one at a time.

Are you trying to add them as attachments or trying to upload them directly to your post? You can always just put them on photo bucket and just give the links.

It's this sites upload page-it says no maximum file size and I'm trying to do it one at a time. If you don't know...I'll never figure it out! I'm just about completely computer illiterate! I'll just keep trying, I guess! I got lucky once! Thanks anyway!

Do you get any error messages at all when uploading to the galleries?

To add to this, when you go to add photos in the gallery it says something about doing bulk uploads. What does this mean? I always have to upload one by one.

I have my photos on photobucket, too, but I have no idea how to get them here! I can't find any link...sorry...I know next to nothing when it comes to computers! I'm just trying to get them to the Photo Galleries. The error message is a bunch of gobblety-gook that I don't understand...the only word I recognize is that it's saying my picture is corrupt!?! I just really don't get it cause one picture from the same folder worked, but nothing else will!

I don't use photobucket so I can't help with that either. There are threads in the how to section on how to put photos in threads using photobucket so look for those.

Bulk just means doing a bunch at one time.

Wheekie, it would really help to know the exact error message. Without it, T or I may not be able to help you with the problem.

There's another thread by willowfaery and the error that she's getting is the same one that I'm getting, except mine also says something about my photos being corrupt. I don't know how to tell you what the error says unless I try it again and retype the whole thing (it's quite long)-if there's a shorter,better way...I don't know it. And thanks, but I couldn't DARE bother Cavy Spirit with this dumb problem. I've done without uploading pics for 4 years, guess I can do without it a bit longer! At least, I got one through of both My Guys!
