Ya. If you have a picture on your computer or on a photobucket type thing. Then you go to profile then like said above change avator picture. Then you just go to bottom with the link and enter what you need to do.

We don't allow signature lines. People sign their names to the bottoms of the posts but we highly frown upon that since signature lines aren't allowed.

You can put pictures of your pigs in threads only. Pig pictures are not allowed in the photo galleries. You can also upload them to Cavy Gallery and link them here or use a photo hosting service such as photobucket and link them here or put them into threads as images as long as they don't distort the size of the thread.

How do I set up to let others rate my views

Rate views of what? People can rate a thread good or bad but most don't. Not sure exactly what you are asking here.

To get your username changed you have to request it on this thread- http://www.guineapigcages.com/forum/...st-thread.html but be advised that we don't always grant user name changes. Usually only to newbies who aren't very established on the forum yet.
