Horrible cage for bunnies

I dont know if this is the right spot but this is just so sad and I wanted to know if we can get rid of it.

That small plastic bin is suppose to be a "cage" It looks more like a litterpan.

That is tiny! I wouldn't keep a rat in that let alone a rabbit. When I had rabbits I had them in a Marshall small animal town house which was approx 4ft tall, 3ft wide by 2 foot deep give or take.
