Breeder trying to sell babies of babies in "colony" of guinea pigs

Posted on www.ksl.com which is a very large classified ads website in the area. She claims wanting to sell for $30 each because they are "hardier" for living outside in the Utah cold weather. Even admits to her babies having babies. Obviously not taking care of them. Will not show pictures to me either, just wants to meet to give some away asking "how many you want?" Not craiglist but I feel worth posting.

How cruel! Why would anyone do that? All the people I wanted guinea pigs from has showed me pictures. No one said "no" when I asked for pictures.

Unbelievable. Flagged it, but I'm not familiar with that site's rules. Can we report this for animal abuse, or would they even care?
