How do I do the new avatar?

I've been a cavy champion for a while now and finally uploaded some good sized photos of my pigs but i can't figure out how to put more than one pic on my avatar? How do i do it?

You have to make it an animated avatar--a 'gif' file. Some of the members here can probably help you. Contact Ly or Slap!
