Hay bin source

OK, I give up. Where are you gals/guys getting that "vee" shaped hay bin that you hang on the side of your cages? I've been hunting for info on that piece here at Cavy Cages, but have either missed it or it doesn't exist.

Won't ya hep me?

Thank you!

Re: Hay bin source

Is this what you are talking about (it's upside down for some reason)?

If so, I got mine at Petco...however, you don't really need one. Some people use an extra cube for a hay bin. Just lean it up (in the V shape) and fill with hay!

I personlly just stuff toilette paper rolls with hay. Neither of my piggis cared for the hay bin, and never used it, and so I decided why beat them over the head with it if they love the toilette paper rolls? As long as they eat hay, I don't care what it is in.

Whatever floats your boat...or at least your piggie's!

Hay bin

By gosh, we have a winner! Yes, that is what I was referring to. Thank you very much!

But.....I will take your comments "under consideration" about using something else for a hay bin. Thank you again, Miriam.
